When the music magazine Sonic ranked Sweden's best album of all time in 2013, "Doris - Did You Give The World Some Love Today, Baby" ended up in 49th place, just before Thåström's "Skebokvarnsv. 209" and just after the Nationalteaterns ”Livet är en fest”.

In 2018, Doris was inducted into the Swedish Music Hall of Fame together with Broder Daniel, Marie Bergman, Europe and Ted and Kenneth Gärdestad, among others.
