Thomas Roß-Cologne was born in 1969 in Wesel. In childhood, he received his first piano lessons, followed by organ, Horn, and tuba. As an autodidact, he deals with Percussionspiel and ensemble singing, composing, transcribing for more than ten years. Since 1993 he is musician in the Cologne-Bickendorf/Ossendorf parish Association. From 1994 to 2000, he studied at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Cologne the subject of church music.
