藤本卓也

Real name: 柚木公一

Takuya Fujimoto. Japanese singer, songwriter, and arranger. Born in 1940 in Hokkaido. Debuted in 1958 as a rockabilly singer, under the name Koichi Yuzuki (柚木公一), with The Van-Dogs (岡田朝光とザ・キャラバン / Asamitsu Okada And The Caravan, Pre The Van-Dogs) as his backing band.
Later became a composer, writing many songs in the late 60s that were hymns to a dark and self-destructive world.
