Amaren Alabak is a group from Zuberoa, one province of Iparralde, northern Basque Country, located on the French Republic. Created in 1999 and composed by 6 women (Maider Bedaxagar, Graxi Bedaxagar, Lüxi Agergarai, Arantxa Camus, Ihitz Iriart y Maika Etxekopar), they perform original dance choreographies and “a capella" folk and traditional songs mainly in “Euskera”, the Basque language, and also in other languages like Portuguese, Italian, French, Spanish, Occitan and Aragonese.
