Australian broadcaster, record producer & compere (b. Mudgee, NSW 17 Feb., 1920, d. 17 July 2012).

Began radio career as a sports announcer on 2TM 1938-1941. After war service returned to 2TM 1944-1946, then to 2UW 1947-1951. Producer for recordings released on the John Mystery label 1949. Compere at the Celebrity Club 1951-1954. Continued radio career art 2KY & 2UW 1954-1962. Late 1950s involved as a producer for other record labels (Teen, Bell, Golden, Penguin, EMI). Freelance on radio 1962-1995.
