FC Groningen (pronounced [ɛfˈseː ˈɣroːnɪŋə(n)]) or simply Groningen, is a professional Dutch football club from Groningen, The Netherlands, which competes in the Dutch Eredivisie league.

Having won the Dutch second division title twice, Groningen have also won the Dutch Cup in the 2014–15 season and enjoy a sizable supporters base in the Northern part of the country.
