1950s-60s style honky tonk/alternative-country band. The name derives from the King of Hearts playing card which appears to be holding a sword to his own head.

The Kings changed their name to The Revenants after LA based The Suicide Kings threatened a lawsuit over the name. Later when Louisville, KY based The Revenants (4) threatened a lawsuit they discovered the Suicide Kings from LA let their trademark lapse and they changed their name back to Suicide Kings.
