Martin Gjerstad

Real name: Erik Martin Gjerstad

Swedish musician, composer and producer, born June 25, 1969 in Motala.

Together with Peter Minorsson and Tore Johansson, he has written Home when I'm with you, which was included in the film Hoppets hamn.

Together with Tore Johansson and Anouk wrote "Birds", which is the Netherlands' entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013. They have collaborated before and Gjerstad has co-written songs such as "8 Years", "For Bitter Or Worse", "Three Days In A Row", "Lay It Down", "Hold On", "Been Here Before", "Down & Dirty" and "To Get Her Together" for her.

He is a member of the band Apparaten.
