German Hands Up project by Norman Williams. Born on May 18, 1990 in Dinslaken, Germany.Shell Shokk was chosen as the project name based on the track "Deepforces - Shell Shokk". As a fun project, he built bootlegs and edits of older Hands-Up tracks in his project style that is known today.
