Real name: Mark K. Smith

Canadian musician, sound engineer and producer from Toronto, Ontario. A member of The Mid-Knights (trombone) after Richie Knight left.
Studios Smith worked at include RCA Studios, Toronto, Canada, Sound City Studios and Producers Workshop, Los Angeles. Most notably worked with Bachman-Turner Overdrive, as well as other notable artists such as Bob Seger, Trooper (4), Dwight Twilley, and Rick Springfield. He later became a prolific sound mixer in the film industry, winning the Academy Award for Best Sound in 1993.
