Real name: Stuart James Black

Mr Black started his career at the age of 12, playing hip hop and early acid house in 88. He later progressed in to the rave scene and eventually
started playing house and breaks around 1994 and has done so ever since, and has been a producing/remixing for the last 10 years, he has run nights/events at such places as the Ministry of Sound, Turnmills and The Cross, as well as djing at various big nights in Ibiza.
He is also label manager for Black Plastik Records and records under various alias such as Onyx, Shortfuse, SX Boy and The Collective. Mr Black is also a third of the house group The Bearded House Junkies along with DJ Robbeto and DJ Slim.
