Paulo Cezar da Silva, or simply Paulo Cezar (Rio de Janeiro, February 15, 1950) is a Brazilian singer, composer, music producer, multi-instrumentalist and arranger, best known for being the vocalist and main composer of Grupo Logos. During the 70s, he was part of the Elo Group.

Paulo Cezar began his musical career during the 70s, when, in 1976, he recorded the album Calmo, Sereno, Tranquilo with musician Jairo Trench Gonçalves. From the work, both, together with other musicians, founded Grupo Elo, which gained notoriety throughout the country.

With Jairo's death in 1981, Paulo Cézar founded Grupo Logos in the same year. As vocalist and main composer, he wrote several famous songs for both bands, such as "Autor da Minha Fé", "Portas Abertas" and "Situações". Also a pastor and music producer for all his albums, his songs have been covered by several famous musicians, such as Carlinhos Felix and Alex Gonzaga.
