Carlo Mosso (La Seyne sur Mer, 1931 - Alessandria, 1995) music critic and composer was a leading element in the musical environment of Turin, in the 1970s he moved to Alessandria and until 1985 he was director of the Conservatory, then he had the chair of the Advanced Composition course which he held until his death in 1995.
