Members: Gary Larson, James Joel Holmes
Founded in 1996 and based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Summerhead is inspired by vintage synth music, film compositions, and Swedish dance music. Layering new age-electronica, spoken word, and an occasional hip-hop vocal track on top of basement beats, the result is a forward-thinking invention that is surreal and beautiful.
