Cartoons were a Eurodance band from Denmark with a cartoon look. The group had two hit songs in the UK Top 10 and are best known for their tracks "Witch Doctor" and "DooDah".
The band consisted of Martin Østengaard AKA Toonie (lead vocals & backing vocals), Jesper Dukholt AKA Sponge (6) (saxophone, keyboards & bass vocals), Erling Jensen AKA Shooter (2) (guitar & backing vocals until 2019 when he sadly passed), Dave Stevens AKA Buzz (21) (double bass), Natasja Skov AKA Puddy (2) (backing Vocals) and Karina Jensen AKA Boop (2) (backing vocals until 2016 when she sadly passed. The role has since been filled by Ines Bukic). Cartoons was produced by Kenneth Bager & Michael Pfundheller.

The band began as The Scooters (7), playing 50's and 60's Rockabilly music. In 1996 the members changed their style to "technobilly" music.
