DJ Sakin has played an influential role in the German Techno Scene since 1990. Amond other things he is known for his early Appearances as resident DJ in the Wartburg and the Music Hall (Frankfurt) – the same clubs that served as stepping stones to a great career for other big names like Michael Mümzing(Snap), Mark Spoon or Taucher. The Project DJ Sakin & Friends produced by DJ Sakin & Torsten Stenzel, who has built his reputation on projects with Taucher, Ayla, York and many others and who is seen by many as one of Germany`s top producers today. In 1998 DJ Sakin delivered the perfect Trance-hymn on Overdose “Protect Your Mind (For The Love Of A Princess)”. It has since established itself as the highlight of every club night and is a much played hit on many radio stations. Protect Your Mind charted in most European countries in the Top 5 DJ Sakin reached Gold, and Platinum status in Germany, England, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Since then he tours from country to country and is also involved in other Projects like Three Kings, S2 , 2OU , Vatos Locos Bros. and The Sound Of Overdose, The sound of DJ Sakin lives on!
