Is originally from Chicago and grew up singing and writing gospel music, which stems from her families spiritual roots. Lady later studied classical, pop, and jazz vocal performance and theory at Northern Illinois University, and Columbia College, and developed unique vocals that include her natural gift, and the ability to be versatile with a soulful sound.

Upon moving to Minneapolis, Minnesota she attended Music Tech where she co-founded the soul jazz band Lady and the Katz. Lady has been in collaboration with various artist, bands, and producers for the past six years, co-producing live and studio performances, as well as vocal arrangement, and songwriting.

Currently she heads Love Warrior Productions, and is also currently working on a "soul jazz" CD as executive producer, co-producer, songwriter, and vocalist, with "Afro-Nature" CEO/Producer Carl "August" Moses.
