Hauntissimo is a one-man music project by Snuf starting from 2013. He had done a short live show that year, but, as he recalled, was a nightmare. In the early 2017, he picked up his old demos and reworked again. He replaced real bass guitar with samplings and decided to digitalize everything to make things easier to control. With his long-time listening to the Ruins and Merzbow in the meantime, he blended some lo-fi noisy synthesizers, drum loops with irregular time signature, plus minimal melodic bass-riffs together. After that, during the same year in September, he self-released his debut self-titled EP.
