Real name: Carla Dupont

‎Singer born in Turin in 1922, she adopted Carla Boni's pseudonym and debuted in 1941 on the radio in the orchestra of Pippo Barzizza.‎
In the immediate post-war period, however, she resumed her generalities and sang for a time with Angelini's orchestra.‎
Passed almost immediately with the Mojetta's orchestra, in 1946 she became very well known by launching on the radio THE WALTZ OF CANDLES and PERFIDIA, songs that she recorded with her conductor only in 1947:‎
‎ The first was taken from the soundtrack of the film "The Waterloo Bridge" of 1940, while the second, was treated from the film "Casablanca" of 1942.‎
‎Despite the beautiful and intoned voice, safe and very well set, her career was rather short:‎
‎ In 1948 she decided to retire.‎
