Forest, is the producer and host of the radio and internet program 'Musical Starstreams.' Along with Beyond label owner Michael Barnett of the UK, he co-founded Waveform Records in 1993. He also produces and hosts the radio programs 'The Blue Bus' and 'earotica' from his current location on Maui.
