Real name: Tine Kocjančič

Slovenian born DJ/producer. Has worked solo and in collaboration with others, such as Umek with whom he founded Recycled Loops. They have closed the label in 2008. He is now running his own label Jesus Loved You. His father is Danilo Kocjančič.
He started DJing in the mid-1990s as resident spinner of "Ambasada Gavioli", a Slovenian electronic music club. Later he became good friend with fellow countryman Umek and they founded the Recycled Loops label together, with the first release in 1999 and it became successful in the house and techno scene. Later they founded a sub-label called Earresistible Musick, focusing on slower tech house. It was the name of Valentino's mixing & mastering studio as well (Earresistible Studio) that he founded together with good friend Gregor Zemljič (nowdays only Gregor owns the studio as GZ Mastering).
Valentino set up his label Jesus Loved You in 2005, releasing digital music, each release have been available to purchase for a short time. As Valentino's sound changed and shaped, the label also turned towards slower and minimal techno in 2007. In 2010, he decided to make it a vinyl-only house label instead.
Valentino released a triple EP series on Cadenza in 2012 as build-up to his debut artist album "Love And Gratitude", which has been released as a continuous mixed CD in 2013. It focused on deeper and more pyschedelic shades of deep and tech house. It brougth so notable success that he later became a part of Cadenza's booking agency.
