Born in 1951, Sicilian by birth but Milanese by adoption, he was and still is one of the best friends of Franco Battiato. The two know each other from the first half of the 70s. Mind brilliant, subtle and ironic, Messina is a photographer, graphic designer and creator of covers, keyboard player, author of lyrics and music.His record realizations are however reduced to only 3 albums.
