American hip-hop MC, born in Minot, North Dakota and raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Providence, Rhode Island. United States. Based out of the Ocean State of Rhode Island, Swann Notty makes up one half of the group Roolette. The group saw regional success in the late nineties having been featured in The Source Magazine and performing at the Lyricist Lounge in NYC.
