The ABK group is a popular men's trio active in Kazakhstan in the mid to late 1990s. In the strict sense, they can be called the first men's idol group in Kazakhstan.
The name of the ABK is taken from the first letter of the three members name of the combination:
Arynbayev Medeo
Bolmanov Kydyrali
Kokeev Erlan
For the first time, the three members met in the "Voice of Asia" international singer contest. Later, in 1996, the first song-《Tamshylar》 was released in combination. This song brought great popularity to the group.
In 2000, with the withdrawal of member Erlan Kokeev, the ABK team announced its dissolution
