Sarka (translated to: Flesh) is a Greek band from Heraklio, Crete, formed from the ashes of Sex Beat in 1989.

Initially a trio playing a diverse punk style, they released their first album titled "Όνειρα Βαφής Χειλιών" on cassette in 1989 and appeared in a local compilation. Their second cassette, released in 1991, was a complete cover version of The Velvet Underground's "Banana Album", aptly named "The Banana Cassette". Both cassettes were released by Εκμετάλευση Tapes (Exploitation Tapes).
