Bruno Frenzel was a German guitarist and vocalist in Birth Control from April 1969 to September 1983. He was born 19 June 1944, and died 21 September 1983 from the injuries he got when his custom made Gibson Les Paul guitar gave him an electric schock that did some serious damage to his lungs and heart onstage in Montreux, Switzerland, 1975. He still continued in the band until the end.
