Fraser Kerr was a Scottish actor and voice-over artist. He appeared in many television shows (often providing voices heard on radio or television) including roles in On the Buses, The Rag Trade, Yes, Minister, Budgie, Doctor in the House and Dixon of Dock Green. He also appeared in the film Carry On Regardless (1961) and was recurring guest on the Dad's Army radio show, often playing several characters in the same episode.
