Tomás Vačkář (1945-1963) was a Czech composer. He chose to end his life shortly after graduating from the Prague Conservatory, aged 17. After his death, his father, composer Dalibor Vačkář (1906-1984) composed and finished pieces based on material found in the son's sketchbook. Tomás's published material includes at least nine works: a requiem, a scherzo, a concerto, a sonatina, and other short works for soloists and/or orchestra.
