Buster Stiggs

Real name: Mark John Hough

Buster Stiggs was the pseudonym of Mark Hough (born 1954, London, England - died 7 January 2018, aged 63) an English-born New Zealand drummer, songwriter and graphic artist. Stiggs was born in 1954 in London, England and moved to New Zealand with his family shortly afterwards. He was a founding member of The Swingers and a member of influential punk outfit Suburban Reptiles. Stiggs joined Australian group Models in 1981, cutting a mini-album and an LP with the band before being dropped from the lineup in 1982. He had a stint working in Mushroom Records' merchandising division, and made a living as a graphic artist.
