Gary Young

Gary Young (born 1947, New York City, New York, USA) is an American-born Australian drummer, songwriter, vocalist and radio personality. He was a founding member of the Australian early 1970's rock band Daddy Cool in which he played the drums and sang backing vocals. He also played drums with Jo Jo Zep and the Falcons amongst other bands.

He was inducted into the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Hall of Fame as a member of Daddy Cool in 2006 and Jo Jo Zep And The Falcons in 2007.
