El Trio Argentino Irusta-Fugazot-Demare

Argentine group. Francisco Canaro was the one who in 1927 joined Agustín Irusta and Roberto Fugazot as singers to accompany his orchestra in the competitions that the Odeón label performed in Buenos Aires. Francisco Canaro (with an incredible artistic vision, it must be admitted) who encourages the boys to form the trio, with Demare at the piano and the guitars and vocals of Iruzta and Fugazot. Later, other musicians join the trio, among them the young bandoneon player Lucas Demare, forming the Orquesta Típica Argentina under the direction of Lucio. With this orchestra they toured throughout Spain and other European countries, and in central and southern America. In 1937 the trio separates. After the final separation of the trio in 1937, many were those who dreamed of the return of the trio.
