Gerard Rutger Buisman (Born: Steenwijk - May 17, 1952) was an Dutch folk singer. He called himself a troubadour. Most of his work are country ballades and folksongs in the local dialect called Stellingwerfs, in the 'Kop van Overijssel' (a northwestern part of the Dutch province Overijssel).
