Andrè started his musical career in the later part of the 90's as DJ Andy, in various clubs in Norway / Oslo.
The desire to produce was always present but no projects saw the light of day until late 2000. Since then he has produced under the name Andy Clap and Den Femte. Together with 2 other Norwegian producers, he runs Faarikaal Records which is a Norwegian Techno label. He regularly releases records for Ubertrend Records, Axiomatic records, Retrigg Records, RDTR Records and Faarikaal Records.
