Hubcap was Andy, Jay, & Billy. They played a bunch of shows around Chicago from 1990 to 1996 and put out a 7" single, and a full album called "Those Kids Are Wierd." Members went on to: Dianogah, Whelms, Haymarket Riot, Orwell, and Body Mask.
