Tom Watkins

Real name: Thomas Frederick Watkins

21 September 1949 – 24 February 2020
Pop impresario, writer, composer, designer and fine art collector.
In 1981, Watkins and business partner Royston Edwards set up the graphics design company XL Design. He then developed a parallel music management business, founding Massive Management and was a co-founder of Three Associates in 1986.
Watkins managed acts such as Pet Shop Boys (1984-89), Bros (1986-90), East 17 (1992-97), Electribe 101 (1989-90), 2wo Third3 (1994-95), North And South, Deuce, Giggles etc.
He also wrote most of Bros material together with Nicky Graham under the deliberately confusing alias The Brothers.
