Puerto Rican pianist, composer and professor at the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico.

Brother of José "Pepito" (violin), Jaime "Kachiro" (violin), Guillermo (viola) and Rafael (cello) Figueroa with whom he composed the Figueroa brothers quintet. Also brother of Leonor, Carmelina and Angelina, also musicians.
Uncle of Narciso Figueroa Jr. (violinist), Guillermo Figueroa Jr., (violinist, conductor), Ivonne Figueroa (pianist), and Rafael Figueroa Jr. (cellist).
