Αλέξανδρος Μωραϊτίδης
Alexandros Moraitides was a short story writer, academic, journalist, playwright, translator and essayist. Born 15 October 1850 on Skiathos island, Greece - Died 25 October 1929 on Skiathos island, Greece.
In 1928m he was elected as a member of the Academy of Athens and in 1929 he returned as a monk (taking the name Andronikos) to his homeland, Skiathos, where he died after a month.
