Renowned French lyricist, songwriter and screenwriter born 1 August 1941 in Montauban, France and died 31 May 2004 Paris, France. Son of Spanish republican refugee, he was also a member of the French anarcho-syndicalist union Confédération Nationale du Travail (CNT).
