Philharmonischer Chor Nürnberg (=Philharmonic Choir of Nuremberg) is a German chorus based in the City of Nürnberg founded in 1966 by music director of the Nuremberg Opera House, Dr. Max Loy. From 1978-2013 the Choir has been lead by KMD Gerhard Rilling. Since 2014, Gordian Teupke is the new Choirmaster and Conductor.
The Choir is a highly performing mixed concert choir with currently about 100 active singers. For orchestra credit use Nürnberger Symphoniker
