Started preaching at the early age of seven, Pastor Oxenford has devoted his entire life to the pastoral ministry and his pastored churches in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Brockton, Plympton, Middleboro and West Dighton, Massachusetts.

The first religious "talk" program on WRYT, 9:50 KHz Boston, is on the air with the Voice of Comfort conducting, "Ask the Pastor", five days each week at 2:00 pm. Voice of comfort served as Protestant Chaplain for hundreds of boys and girls in a State School and is an accredited Chaplain Supervisor in the Association for clinical Pastoral Education. Voice of Comfort ministry was heard over radio stations WRYT in Boston, and WBET Brockton, Massachusetts.
