In the early fall of 2015, the musicians of Banda Comunale, a brass band that formed in Dresden, Germany around 2001, began to look for musicians among the refugees arriving in the city, and they created a new constellation: Banda Internationale. Now, as a crowd of around 20 Musicians, they are re-interpreting the concept of “folk music” by broadening their repertoire to include the music of the homelands of all of the participants. Initially only a temporary project, but meanwhile they changed their name to "Banda Internationale".
