Avant-garde metal band who played rarely in the Springfield, Missouri area. The Elite chose instead to complete most of their work in the studio at a rapid-fire pace. One of the band's quintessential albums, "Love Commander Vols. 1 & 2," was a double CD of 65 cuts written and recorded in a matter of 4 hours. The musicians distributed the CD to fans at a local strip bar later that same night.
