Mạnh Thắng
Real name: Nguyễn Mạnh Thắng
Nguyễn Mạnh Thắng (1924 - 2006) belongs to the first generation of đàn bầu (vietnamese monochord) soloists in Vietnam. He also wrote a number of works for đàn bầu as well as đàn bầu tutorials. He was awarded the title of Distinguished Artist by the State in 1984.
