Matters are a two piece audio visual electronic band based in Birmingham UK.

The band's first four records were released by Static Caravan Recordings. In 2022 Matters moved to Supersonic Recordings (Supersonic Festival) as they geared up for the release of their first full length record.

Matters are known for creating and building their own light shows, hand making their record packaging and creating their own music videos.
In 2023, to accompany their record 'Echolocations' they designed and hand made a short run of pop-up books. These, along with the physical record were released by Supersonic Recordings.

Matters have appeared at various festivals, including at Wecosmos in Uzbekistan.
