Black and White (Russian: Чёрное и Белое) was a Soviet rap group from Leningrad, formed in the spring of 1989 in the production center of Vladimir Kiselyov (Russian: Владимир Киселёв) (Leningrad Music Center). The group was composed of Igor Golubev (Russian: Игорь Голубев), Rodion Chistyakov (Russian: Родион Чистяков) (died November 22nd, 2017) and five breakdancers from the local b-boy crew Stop. Music was handled by Rodion Chistyakov, while the lyrics were written by Igor Golubev. Considered as the first rap act in USSR.

Four video clips were shot for the songs "Ленинградские ребята" (1989), "Вася-хулиган" (1990), "Алло, гараж!" (1991) and "Деньги" (1991). The group released two magnitoalboms: "Вася-хулиган" (1990) and "Детство" (1991), as well as the German maxi-single Red Arrow "Tschaikowsky’s Revenge" (1990) that sold about 400,000 copies. The third and fourth albums were lost at the film studio Ленфильм: French album Noir & Blanc "Русские атакуют!" (1991) and Moscow album Игорь и Родион "Деньги" (1992). The group disbanded in early 1992 after five of its b-boys moved to the rap group Мальчишник.
