Formed in 1973 by Yoneo Abe and Koji Kimura, joined by Takefumi Teshima in 1975. Due to job hunting the band was stoppedIn 1986 comes the Flying Elephants reunion with Tokuo Hayashi joining the band to complete the lineup.. In 1987, they begin to write original numbers. Among them, "Now My Love" which was picked by Meijiya Sangyo for their TV-CF, and gave the band a chance to star working on an original CD. In 1989 they released "Confident 11" a self-financed CD album. The first 5.000 units were quickly sold out. Their first single "Now My Love" was released on December 21 on King Records (KIDS 32).. In 1991, "Confident 11" is reissued on King Records (KICS 87). In 1991, April 21, their second single "My Heart To You" released on King Records (KIDS 39) was later featured on their second CD album "Second Flight" King Records (KICS 211) released in 1992.
