Musikhögskolans Symfoniorkester
Swedish symphonic orchestra beloning to Kungliga Musikhögskolan I Stockholm.
The orchestra consists of students from the musician programs in classical music at bachelor's and master's level. The orchestra has four or five working periods per academic year, and has worked with conductors such as Sixten Ehrling, Okko Kamu, Gennady Roshdestvensky, Leif Segerstam, Manfred Honeck, Paul Mägi and many others. Each production period ends with a concert at KMH, which is often repeated in one of the country's concert halls.
The KMH Symphony Orchestra has, among other things, appeared at the Nobel dinner and toured to Vienna, Zurich and several cities in the Baltics.
