Real name: Joji Tani

Born and raised in Osaka, Japan, moved to New York City in the 1970s to study Fine Art at the School of Visual Arts. Formed The Mad in 1978, a shock performance punk funk band, debuting the same year at CBGB's. Nowadays active as multimedia artist and as well-known special effects and make-up specialist in the film industry (credited in pictures such as The Predator, Nightmare on Elm Street 4, Jack Frost, Poltergeist II among others).
