A girl group project of Tetsutaro Sakurai, founding member of Cosa Nostra. FLAGS stands for "Future Laboratory of Groove Seminar".

The five members go by their first names only: Harry, Aki, Rio, Emiko, Maria, which as an acronym forms "HAREM".

Members of Cosa Nostra and Spank Happy play on most of the tracks.
