Rock & Roll / Blues band from Auburn, California, active from 2015-2021. Released a self-produced 4-song EP in 2015 under the moniker "Thunderchief," before changing the name to "Shotgun Sawyer" in advance of a limited to-tape split with BandMaster Ruckus ("8 Bangers," 2016), and a self-released full-length, "Thunderchief," in 2016. Next, self-produced a 7" Vinyl Single of the song "You Got To Run" (backed with "Backwoods Bear") in 2017 before signing with Ripple Music to release a second full-length, "Bury The Hatchet," 2019. Ripple Music then reissued a remastered version of "Thunderchief" in 2021, shortly before the band split up.
